Shipping policy

Free Standard Shipping (United States)
Free standard shipping is available for all member orders delivered within the United States.

Standard shipping is the default method, and orders are typically delivered within 3–9 business days after dispatch from our warehouse.

Priority shipping may be selected for an additional fee. Delivery under this option is generally completed within one week or less after shipment. Please note that all priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

International Shipping Terms
Delivery timelines for international shipments are not guaranteed and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs clearance delays, weather conditions, natural disasters, and carrier-related disruptions.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The customer is solely responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and related charges. All shipments are declared at full value in accordance with legal requirements, and declared values cannot be modified to reduce customs fees.

Such charges are imposed by the destination country and must be paid prior to delivery. They are determined based on the classification and value of the goods and are not collected by us. In certain cases, the shipping carrier may advance these charges on behalf of the customer and subsequently seek reimbursement upon delivery.

By placing an order, the consignee (buyer) authorizes us to act as their agent for the importation of goods and agrees that we may appoint a third-party representative, such as a customs broker, to facilitate customs clearance.

The customer assumes full responsibility for compliance with all customs procedures. Any additional costs arising from shipment refusal, delivery failure, return, or abandonment due to customs-related issues shall be borne by the customer.
